Marci and Kevin Alexander have been heading up Pic Paradis quite regularly for over a year. Pic Paradis is St Martin's tallest peak at 1400 feet, and tough that may not seem like much, but you start at about 75 feet above sea level, so the vertical climb is over 1300 feet. Currently, Marci holds the record for the fastest climb from Loterie Farm to the peak: a bit under 15 minues. You can join on Tuesday and Friday mornings as Marci leads a hike up to the top of Pic Paradis, albeit a slightly slower pace! There is no charge, but call to confirm the hike and make arrangements for meeting either at the gym of at the bottom of the hill near the Loterie Farm entrance. Bring water and wear good shoes. You will be back down in time for a lunch on the beach in Grand Case or go a bit further to Orient Beach.
